Each package contains 4 pieces of silicone baking mats to meet your different size needs, 2 pieces in 42 x 29.5 cm (16.5 x 11.6 inch) for half-sheet size baking pans, and 2 pieces in 29.5 x 21.5 cm (11.6 x 8.5 inch) for quarter-sheet size pan oven.

 

These kitchen baking accessories can be used at temperature ranging from -40°F up to 450°f (-40 to 230°C). They are made from BPA free food grade silicone and reinforced with fiberglass, which is FDA and LFGB certified approved. Oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. And the 0.75mm thickness is thicker than other 0.4mm baking mats on the market, which make our kitchen mats more durable.

 

These baking liner mats could transfer heat to the food evenly. No more burned and under-baked spots. They are perfect for baking cute cookies, macaroons, cupcake, puffs, eclair, pizza, bread, fruit pies, crispy roasted veg, fish or chicken thighs. Washable & Reusable

The surface of our silicone baking sheet Liner is non-stick. Even charred sugar and fat will fall off the surface，you can clean it easily. Just rinse it in soapy water and allow to air dry, or put the silicone pastry mat into the dishwasher (Only Top Rack). After using and cleansing, the cooking heat-resistant mat looks like new again.     Careful, the mats absorb strong flavours and pass them on to food

    These are nice enough mats, but for me they have become unusable. They retain aroma from food cooked on them (and even from the dishwasher rinse aid) and pass them on to food that is placed on the mats. A whole tray bake was ruined in this way. No method of cleaning is able to get rid of those aromas. I’ve even tried soaking in hot bicrb water overnight. Very disappointed.

    Love these silicon mats!

    The silicon mats are amazing! No more stuck fish fingers no more grease proof paper! They can be cut to size to fit your trays. Easy to clean , love the baking patterns too , perfect for any baker , everything slides off.

    Amazing quality, very useful

    Should have brought these year’s ago.

    So many baking trays replaced over the years as even the non stick ones eventually become dirty with burnt stains.These sheets are a godsend. Everything falls off once baked. They are easy to clean in the dishwasher or just rinsed under the tap.Already saved a fair bit in foil and baking paper.Fully recommended.

    Really easy to use and versatile.

    Easy to wash and store. Really great to use. Its do not stick to them and its better than using a new piece of greaseproof paper every time. The shapes on the are also helpful if piping dough. Used with biscuits and profiteroles was excellent with both.

    Great quality

    One of my new favourite things!

    I recently got into making my own bread, and anyone who has ever tried it will know, it can get pretty messy. I thought I’d try using these to see if it made things any easier and now I use them for everything!Dough is far more manageable and I’m not using as much flour to prevent sticking. Plus, the mats don’t move around on the counter. The markings are so helpful too, no more gestimating sizes!They store easily and wash very well. I made patties recently and the turmeric came right off.The only thing I haven’t tried is putting them in the oven so I can’t comment yet. I will provide un update once I have.

    Brilliant addition to the kitchen

    Bought these in an effort to cut down on single use items and reduce waste.To that end these mats are fantastic.Easy to use, just put them on the baking tray; and easy to clean. I wash by hand with a little dish soap.These are very robust and the markings on them are useful.I’ve used the mats over the holiday period and love them.One thing to note – the mats did take on some slight discolouration (as my last pic shows). This was from run off milk from a pastry wash… It doesn’t affect the quality/purpose of the mat, however if you’re a perfectionist – just be aware.Overall really pleased with this and it has done exactly what I had hoped. No more tin foil and baking paper in the bin.

    I received a pack of these as a gift a couple of years ago and bought some to also pass on a a gift.Brilliant product! I use these all the time for baking, as a mat for kneading and rolling dough (the inch/cm markings are really useful), and the smaller are brilliant for lining tea trays to stop mugs and plates sliding around.I also use them to line baking trays and sheets for roasting, making granola, etc. Clean up is so much easier and quicker, but the liners may discolour slightly if used at high temperatures with oil/fat.

    I have used them several times and I love them. They are very practical. The big ones have exactly the same measurement than my oven, so I can use all of them inside as well.The thickness is good, and they stick to the surface of the worktop so the mats don’t slide when you are working on them.The lines for measurements and shapes are also helpful.The only thing I don’t like about them is that they are a little bit difficult to clean for me, because all mats are difficult to clean (they are soft and they do not are firm enough) but that happens with all the mats. Actually, the material itself is quite easy to clean, even with sticky doughs.A little bit expensive, but they are what I was looking for.

    Brilliant as child/adult placemats!

    We don’t use these for their intended purpose but instead they’re used as placemats for 2 messy children and 2 adults!The larger ones are just perfectly size for the kids who like to spread their food around anywhere but the plate and us sensible adults(!) use the smaller ones.The grippy surface both on the top and bottom ensure that they don’t slide around, even on our part-wood, part-granite dining table. And more importantly, the plates/bowls/etc. stay put much more easily when (say) cutting that extra firm-cooked piece of meat!Cleaning is really simple too because you can just sponge them over, or rub vigorously as the mess dictates, without them slipping all over the place.I don’t care whether they’re bake-proof or not as we’ll be getting more of these as placemats if required!

    So useful!

    I’m so glad I bought these! They’re so useful and I highly recommend them. I’m a student and this helps cut down on my washing – I only have to wash these mats rather than the oven tray when making food. The different sizes are helpful too, pick one that’s best suited for the dish you’re using rather than using a massive baking mat for a tiny dish. They’re easy to clean, and the measurements on them are really helpful if you bake a lot – you can roll pastries on this too. You also don’t have to worry about using foil/baking paper and having to peel them off the pan you’re using. Would highly recommend.

    Great product!

    Really like these silicon baking sheets. I’ve not experienced any smoking yet. I put them on baking trays and don’t need to oil them before. Nothing has stuck to them yet and very easy to clean. Will save on using oil, foil & parchment paper. Fantastic. Can’t recommend enough

    Very good!

    I’ve got no complaints with these, they’re super easy to clean, they’re very sturdy and I don’t have to buy baking paper anymore. Not sure if they’re better or worse than other silicone baking mats, but I’ve had ones that are very sticky, which these aren’t, and I’ve had balind mats that’re kind of a thin, waxed woven material, and those get tears very easily, so these are the best I’ve had so far

    Love these mats

    The silicone mats are of great quality and stick to the kitchen table very well so it doesn’t move around when rolling dough. Love the detail for guides for cookies, macaroons etc on the sheets. If you’re thinking of switching to a reusable mat, i would highly suggest these ones

    Fantastic quality

    A very good quality product. It doesn’t slip on the counter top while I’m working on it and the different sizes with their measurements will be very useful. I’ve used it to bake bread, knead pasta and cook macarons, and they all turned out great.If you’re new to silicone mats, just know that your bakes will be a slight more moist, so leave them in a bit longer. Also leave them to cool completely before removing from the mat and your bakes will turn out beautifully.

    Love how easy it is to take off meringues or biscuits after cooking. Shame they weren’t in a size to fit the largest available baking tray. I have had to cut the two larger mats down to fit and thereby lost some of the measurements at the size.

    They are sturdy

    I bake meringue and eclairs and so on. These cakes cook a lot better on silicon sheets. What I really like are the stencils printed on them and they will certainly cut out the need for baking parchment. Like others I am always wary of reviews and I go on the proviso of, if there are lot of good review, I’ll take it.

    Nice product with even better customer service

    After looking at many types of silicone mat I decided to try these out from Lazymi.They are, indeed, very thick and seem robust. Very good to use instead of baking parchment or so called non-stick foil.However, after 3 months I noticed that one of the mats had a fault (I’d not used it until that point) somehow a small amount of fibreglass had been glued externally to the mat, an error in manufacture. I got in touch with the company using the Amazon feedback and within a week I’d been sent a replacement – even better as they only had them in a pack of 3 I got 2 extra ones.So in short a great product and the type of customer service that many other companies should aspire to.

    Brilliant for using with baking trays

    I bought this product as previously I lined my cooking trays with foil to catch the worst of the mess.I have used these for cooking bacon, sausage etc and they are fantastic. The food doesnt stick to the mat and when you have finished cooking you can just wipe them down with a soapy sponge, rinse them off and they are as good as new.The baking tray is practically clean. No scrubbing, just a quick wash down.They bend easily so I have also used them with deeper cooking trays.
